As a supporter of the Austin Food & Wine Alliance, you are having this first opportunity to purchase tickets to this limited seating, 5-course Wine & Dine dinner and be among the first to have a sneak peek of acclaimed Chef Paul Qui's new restaurant, QUI. This specially crafted customized menu includes premium wine pairings with each course.

Salad of Guanciale, Brassicas, Seaweed and White Bean
Pan-Roasted Salmon with Coconut, Romanesco and Sunchokes 
Pan-Roasted Lamb with Clams, Garlic Chives and Soured Milk

SECOND CHANCE AUCTION

If you miss out on tickets, you can have a second chance to attend the dinner through a TICKET AUCTION FOR SIX SEATS at QUI’s coveted chef’s bar where diners will get a ringside seat to the kitchen action. Minimum bids start at $250. All auction proceeds are a direct donation to the AFWA Grant Program. Auction winners will also receive a gift of QUI custom-designed plate ware from Keith Kreeger of Kreeger Pottery signed by Paul Qui.
